The property is a five bedroom, four full bathroom, executive luxury vacation home ,with a West and South facing pool, located in the upscale community of The Estates at Legacy Park, a high quality residency only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort.
Legacy Park is located on US27, just one mile South of US192, and is perfectly situated for visiting all the major attractions, sports facilities and golf courses.
Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are only a few minutes away. Superfast free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.
The Great Room – Kitchen, 2 Family Living Rooms & Dining Areas
The Great Room has access to the pool. It contains the kitchen, a study area, the first family living area, three dining areas and a second family sitting area.
The family sitting areas have comfortable sofas, armchairs, tables with lamps and attractive lighting. There is a ceiling fan.
The kitchen has a large peninsular unit surrounded by plenty of storage and work tops. There is a refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, cooking range with smooth top burners, large oven & grill, overhead microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The kitchen comes fully equipped with good quality kitchenwares and cooking utensils. The separate laundry room has a large washing machine, dryer, iron & board and vacuum cleaner.
Dining area consist of the breakfast nook with table and seats that overlook the pool, a bar that is ideal for casual dining. With the more formal executive dining area, there is ample room to seat up to 12 guests. There is also a child’s highchair,
Guests often choose to dine at the poolside patio table.
A second family living area also overlooks the pool deck and the covered porch. It is a quieter, plush and comfortable seating area for guests to relax.
Five Bedrooms & Four Bathrooms
Bedroom one is the luxurious main master suite overlooking the pool, featuring an oversized super-king cal bed and very large en-suite bathroom with bath-tub, extra large walk-in shower, separate toilet and plenty of closet space.
The second bedroom is a suite with a queen size bed, and bathroom with toilet and extra large walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is a suite with full size double bed and an en-suite bathroom boasting a combination tub and overhead shower with toilet.
Bedroom four has a queen size bed.
Bedroom five has twin beds that are ideal for youngsters. A cot is also provided.
Shared between bedrooms four and five is the fourth bathroom with a combination tub and overhead shower with toilet.
All bedrooms have a TV/DVD player and all bathrooms have hair dryers installed. There is plenty of closet space in all bedrooms.

Swimming Pool & Spa
Featuring a stunning, upgraded West and South facing pool and spa, with covered porch and large patio, the extended pool deck provides both sunny and covered areas to relax on the included pool furniture. The pool itself receives the Florida sun almost all day, and beautiful views can be experienced at sunset. The pool has a safety handrail for access and is protected by a child safety fence. During the winter months, it can be heated for an additional charge.
Other Entertainment & Facilities
The property is only a 5 minute drive from the shopping area and fantastic restaurants. Also included is a fully fitted games room including an 8ft slate bed pool table, 8ft air hockey table, electronic dart board, Football table, a ball-pit for younger children, TV and PlayStation 2 with a selection of games. There are TVs and DVDs in all bedrooms and a 50-inch cable TV with DVD player in the family room. The office area boasts free access to high speed wired and wireless Internet and free phone calls to US and Canada. For music lovers, enjoy the Sony stereo and digital radio with iPod/iPhone dock. A library of books is also provided.
